Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Republic of Ireland.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping (3-5 working days) depending on your location and parcel weight up to 30 kg, when customer spend €75 or more in a single transaction.

My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?
Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances: Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one was present at the given address or the address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the post code was wrong or you or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order. Do you offer Express Delivery?
Unfortunately no, at the moment we only offer standard delivery (3-5 working days).

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfillment of our refund policy.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@kidzsection.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Are returns free?
The delivery cost of returning the item(s) is paid by costumer, unless the item(s) received defective, damaged or sent wrong item(s) by error. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception, contact us through contact us form or email us on returns@kidzsection.ie to arrange the return.
Exchange
Can I exchange item(s)?
Yes, you can exchange item(s) subject of the following conditions: The item(s) must have been sold on our online store, shouldn't been used, should be in its original packaging with all the tags etc, exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery. For more information read our Refund Policy.
How do I make a exchange?
To request for exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, Start to make return, you can contact us at returns@kidzsection.ie. Once the returned item(s) is received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long it to receive refund?
Usually, it take 2 to 3 working days once we approve, depends on the bank. If you still did not receive refund more than 10 working days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@kidzsection.ie.

Orders
What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to costumers service via contact us from or email sales@kidzsection.ie
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us by contact us from or email sales@kidzsection.ie
Please remember orders already shipped would not be cancelled unless the item(s) are returned.
How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once the order is confirmed, you wont be able to make modifications anymore. Please contact us through contact us or email sales@kidzsection.ie as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if the order has been shipped already, you won't be able help you to add or remove any item(s). You would have to place separate order.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Only if your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know more, please contact us through contact us form or email sales@kidzsection.ie as soon as possible after placing order.

Currently, we offer payment options for MasterCard, Visa debit/credit, and Maestro.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at this website?
