Shipping policy

INTRODUCTION

Delivery is made only within Republic of Ireland, to the postal address indicated by the costumer in the purchase order. It is understood that the address indicated by the costumer in the purchase order is considered for delivery address and that can not be modified after the completion of the purchase process. The customer is solely responsible for the address provided for shipping. In order to avoid fraud, the carrier in charge of the delivery, reserves the right to check the identity of the costumer by checking an identity document, which demonstrates the coincidence of the order and payment data. For the same purpose, the customer must provide either email address or telephone number (preferably both) that would be used during the transaction or shipment, as well as the indication of the name on the intercom or bell at the delivery address. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. In case of impediments to delivery due to force majeure, KIDZ SECTION can't be held responsible. 

DELIVERY RATES & DURATION

FREE DELIVERY 

At KIDZ SECTION, we offer free standard shipping (3-5 working days) depending on your location to parcel weight up to 30 kg, when customer spend €75 or more in a single transaction.

Note: Weight exceeding 30 kg will be charge €22.

STANDARD DELIVERY 

Currently at KIDZ SECTION, we only offer standard delivery (3-5 working days) depending on your location, parcel up to 30 kg at flat rate of €6.90. 

Note: Weight exceeding 30 kg will be charged €22.

Note: Above stated delivery times are estimated. In the case of omitted indication of a specific delivery date, it may delay due to other force majeure.

TRACKING

Once the order is confirmed and accepted by courier, an e-mail confirming the shipment will be sent to the costumer containing the tracking code to check the shipment status.

UNCLAIMED / UNDELIVERED PARCELS / RTO

In case of unclaimed/ unable/ returned to origin, delivery due to incorrect contact information, the returned to origin (RTO) fee will be charged, it could be (6.90 to 22) euros, depends on your location, weight and courier company. If you wish us to ship the parcel again, additional postage cost would be charged for the same amount as in the original order.

DELAYED DELIVERIES

In case of delivery with a delay of 30 (thirty) dayscompared to the specific delivery term indicated on the Site, or when this is not present, with respect to the maximum term of 30 (thirty) days, from the date of order. If the customer still wishes to retain the purchased products, we will resend costumer's full order. However, if the customer does not wish to retain the Products, KIDZ SECTION will proceed to reimbursement of sums paid by the costumer, as soon as possible. The reimbursement amount will be communicated by e-mail and credited via the same payment method used by the costumer. Please see our Exchange & Refund policy for further information.
